Controll Toppsael is a new generation of treatment for all type of construction materials, without any risk for the environment. With a special catalyst the product penetrate deep in to the material.
Controll Top Seal is a clear, water based, nontoxic, non-flammable, surface applied treatment
Controll Top seal penetrate in to the material and form a crystal barrier who gives a strong and transparent protection to the surface. The surface is resist to water and other liquids. This treatment will last at least 10 to 15 years. It dos not change the structure in the material or the color of the surface.
Why is the treatment necessary?
Normally the concrete consist of five different components, sand, gravel, cement water and air. The water and air take a lot of space in the concrete and therefore after hardening leaves a lot of pores and capillary. This pores and capillary is a effectively transport system for water. This water can bring contamination in to the material, this will the quality of the concrete.
When you treating with Controll Top Seal, the materials has resistant against most, acid, salt, oils and grease and most stains.

The surface has to bee clean and dray, any cracks must be repaired before application. Surface like aluminum, crystal and ceramic must be covered up before application. Shake the product well before using it, turn the can upside-down when shaking.
Application.
The product is ready to use. Be sure that the surface to be treated is clean and without old paint, oil, grease or other old coverage’s. Use low pressure spray. Prior to applying Controll Top seal, cracks must be repaired and sealed with Controll Inner seal.
Coverage rates for Controll Top seal depend on the porosity of the surface. Coverage can range from 2,05 – 5 m2/liter depends on the quality of the surface. The surface can not be painted after it is treated with Controll Top seal.
Do not attempt a second coat after the first coat has dried as a “whiting” could occur between the two coats.
Control Top seal penetrates and sets within two hours after application.
